1. General Policy

All ticket sales are final. However, we offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Cancellation by the Organizer: If the event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.
Refund Requests: If you wish to request a refund for personal reasons, please contact us at contact@lmstickets.com within 14 days of your purchase and prior to the event. Refunds will be granted at our discretion and there will be no Refunds Available during or after the event.

3. Transfer of Tickets

If you cannot attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact us at contact@lmstickets.com to facilitate the transfer.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-30 business days back to the original payment method.

5. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
